I just tried this - as I was pouring water from my reality to desired reality - I felt a shift... after I drank it, I sat down and meditated on my desired reality, all of a sudden I started crying but it was happy tears because I know a miracle is about to happen. Thanks universe!

nikia mermaid It's interesting because we might be living in two opposite sides of the planet and a just over a week ago I woke up in the morning to find 3 butterflies in my appartment and they had been flying around for a few days even when I left the windows open for them to leave.

I did this about 2-3 weeks ago, wishing to have a fast metabolism to aid my weight loss. I've had hypothyroidism since puberty which means that my Thyroid gland is under-active and hence my metabolism slows down really bad causing me to gain weight easily. My Thyroid report came yesterday and it says that I now have a perfectly functioning Thyroid :D I did not take medicines. I have not worked out, in fact, my foot is fractured and I'm resting all day. No diet control either. I crosschecked the report 4-5 times just to make sure I was not imagining things :P I'm so excited for my fitness transformation now, it feels like it is finally within my reach. GOOD LUCK to everybody on their transformations!

This worked for me. I used it for something I had been waiting for for months. 2 days later - poof! I got it. You have to detach from the outcome though. Make sure you do it and then just stop caring about it.

Leeor I just had to comment my results using the two-cup method real quick, I used it not even aware of the manifesting process and not even a month after I received my results. I remember writing down $9/hr job for my desired success story and I just got hired at my new job for 9.50/hr! so grateful for the blessings, this most definitely works.

Just did the 2 cup method. Immediately a breeze came in my window as I finished transferring the water and drinking. Feel that is positive. Also had a sudden urge to go to the bathroom. Feel like the water was cleaning me out. Dispel all the negativity in and around me. Will post my results soon. Be blessed.

gvantsa quparashvili I’m sorry if it’s a bit long ! So I used to work on a website called Unbabel where basically you get paid to translate stuff. The other day I received an e-mail saying there was a suspicion of fraud on my account because some tasks took longer than expected before submitting. This was absolutely false, the ones that took longer took more time because I was making sure the specific vocabulary was correct and everything. Still, they said they would analyse my account and close it if thy decided it was fraudulent. I thought it was unfair and even though I knew I was honest, I was still scared they would close my account. I did the two cups method. Current reality : my account is suspected to be fraudulent. Desired reality : my account is still on and all cleared. I did it and let it go. I thought I’d have an answer the next day because it was already the end of the afternoon and I didn’t expect anybody to still be working. Yet, I received shortly after an e-mail telling me my account had been changed. I checked and it was clear from suspicion and still active. I just didn’t have access to paid tasks anymore. This reminded me that I should have been more specific. But I got what I asked in an hour or two instead of a day or two. I’m trying it with other things now, but I’m more attached to them so the letting go is not that easy and it’s not as fast but I do see evolutions so I’ll update if you want !

I just tried this and when I drank the water, I had this weird sensation in my whole body. I closed my eyes while I drank it and it felt like something bloomed in me and it kinda tingled, it was different and hard to describe but I'm excited for the results!

Good to hear! Have you ever tried a topical 10 % benzoyl peroxide gel? A tube is usually only $5-$7 at drug stores, Walmart, or Target. I put it on my whole face every night, and it has never given me any issues, but I'd suggest putting a bit on a small area of your face to make sure your skin is not sensitive to it. Also, before you put it on, cleanse your face. Remember to use an SPF moisturizer in the morning!

I think this method is just a technique like Dr Joe Dispenza said about the placebo effect. "You think a thought you want and you get a good feeling, you compare it to what you have and you feel bad. To switch into a new dimension from the quantum field you just keep repeating the thought and feeling you want until it manifests, the trick is you know it will manifest sooner or later". This is just a practical way to learn the concept of frequency.

I done this a couple years ago and had completely forgot, I was in a 2 bedroom flat and wanted a 3 bedroom house. I done this method and thought nothing more of it, this video just reminded me of the technique. I type this while laying on my bed in a beautiful 3 bed cottage surrounded by trees (more then I ever thought was possible at the time) . It's coming up to 2 years here and after having my 3rd child (all 3 I consciously created) iv made the decision to move on to bigger and better. I just done this cup method shifting to a bigger beautiful home with more land, I'm shifting and transforming to a better version of myself, a more healed, happy healthy version of myself with an amazing relationship with my partner - aswell as lots of material things :) because we can. Aaahh call me weak but when she mentioned how we would be so happy and everything would be so perfect when we have finally shifted I thought about my desired reality and I started tearing up and my soul started shaking, it made me realize just how much I really wanna be home, how perfect things will be when I finally get home. The dejavu thing made a lot of sense to me actually;; I remember reading this post on amino about how we’re always shifting and I get dejvu a lot, ever since I was extremely young I’ve been getting that feeling all the time in the most random intervals, it honestly makes a lot of sense (I wish everybody here safe quantum jumping~! go home, your dr misses you 💖)

So today happened something really cool, I decided to clean up my shelf and while cleaning I was watching some of your videos again. omg I tried this method out this morning, and the results were insane! I was hesitant to click the video because I didn't know the two cup method and the title seemed arbitrary because of my lack of foreknowledge. This video really shook my core. I am scared in the past to to take on knee understanding because I have been in Christianity before where it felt like my beliefs chained and gagged and raped me of my freedom. It hasn't been until letting go of religion that some messages in the bible begin to stand out in new more loving and logical ways. So filtering information has been a big deal to me. But I went along with this video and in my mind eye I pictured myself doing the two cup method as I listened to you talk with my eyes closed. I felt less antsy about my desired life once I began to pour the water from one cup to the next. I was no longer anxious of my desires lifes knew contrast and unknowns and I just poured my current life cup into the one I wanted..of course all in my mind eye which I believe is all it takes because of the instant drop of anxiety felt. I say all of this just to give you open feedback on what at first hearing sounded like some scary stuff...but turned out to be beautiful...thank you so much for sharing and please continue to do so. Whatever I wished for my desired reality to be, just got confirmed within 30 minutes after doing this method. I wished for meeting someone, we were not in talking terms so I was scared that this person might not meet me, but I got a confirmation message from that person saying he's coming next week, within 30 minutes. My mind is just blown at the moment.

This is kinda small but really cool, so I thought I’d share this :) A couple of months ago I was in an outdoor mall with a friend sitting at a table. They had to leave so I took out my notebook I had with me to write down positive affirmations. I couldn’t find a pen or anything, and thought I brought one with me. I visualized having one or finding one and how it would feel. I didn’t end up finding one that day and had to leave. Even though that happened a couple of months ago, I went back to that spot a few days ago and that same table was empty with a pen on it. I almost didn’t grab, it but strongly felt it was a sign so I took it. Just noticed it’s the same pen/brand of pen you’re holding in your video. Like I said small but really cool to me :) Maybe it’s a symbol that means the desires I have will come, but I have to wait :)

Hey Leeor, This works I feel! I did it a while back and one big thing for me was a job with less stress, but still close to home. Last month I went into a furniture store to look at an area rug, next thing I know I met the manager and had a job offer. I will be starting the new job this week and it will be a lot less stressful than what I was previously doing and the new job is still a walk away from home and great hours. This is very exciting! I watched your video and I kept pausing it and doing the steps and meditating etc. I drank the water from my desired reality and decided to put the paper on my fridge as a reminder and I went to write the date and it was 5/5 and I swear on everything I love it was 12:34. There’s definitely something about water that’s incredibly powerful. I have to do more research. I have a feeling that the reason why the 2 cup method works is solely because of the intention that we are placing on the water. We are focusing our energies onto it, or perhaps into it, and then literally drinking our intention. I would bet that you really don’t need the first cup (current/undesired reality).. I feel quite certain that placing intentions onto a single glass of water and then drinking it will manifest the same results. I’ll try this myself with a single cup and only focusing on my desired results and post back to inform you guys on how it worked :)

Water had actually been proven to take on whatever frequency it's introduced to. There was an experiment where water was labeled with positive and negative labels. The positive ones when frozen had beautiful patterns when frozen where the negative ones had very flawed and unorganized freezing crystalization.

I love these different techniques! Keep them coming, Leeor! As humans, we always want to actually do something to help our manifestations along because sometimes it can be difficult to raise our vibes by simply choosing a better feeling thought. Oh my gosh this is so amazing!! So after I did the two cup method (which I could literally feel the energy very strongly) I immediately felt so happy. I laid down and continued to watch videos about quantum physics and success stories. Then I realized, I was literally having deja vu!! AND I haven't had this feeling for about two years!!! I just felt so grateful and happy because it felt like the universe was telling me my method worked!

Iam very invested in manifesting and I love this idea!I have the belief that I do not have to be aligned 100% of the time to get to my desires, but I release resistance and feel the vibrations anyway just for the sake of knowing they are all mine and they make me feel good! Did this for two separate situations just under a year ago. Then completely forgot about it. Suddenly remembered while driving to work this morning and realized it did in fact worked. Other LOA never worked for me but this did.
