Japan's longest-serving prime minister, Shinzo Abe, has died. The 67-year-old former leader was shot while campaigning for upcoming parliamentary elections. Mr Abe was no stranger to politics. He had grown up in public service - his father served as foreign minister, while his grandfather was a former prime minister. It was no surprise he would go on to be a major influence in Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party.

D loss is significant. How so? Now retired he was able to speak out n do more work freely without the constraints as being prime minister of state. He could speak freely to world leaders. What a powerful voice for freedom we have lost today. A strong ally in d Indo Pacific region. A true Japanese patriot son who makes Japan proud. He served Japan well. Rearming rebuild after the nuke accident stregnthens d #3 world economy. Established n coined d quad core USA Japan India and Australia seeing Australia and America could not defend Asia Pacific region and brought in India as an Indo Pacific theatre. This guy was always on his toes thinking outside the box n a true friend of America Australia and India n freedom . A son of freedom champion for freedom changed how d world looks at Japan since ww2. And restored Japan as a world economic power n military forces since ww2. D perfect man for Japan at his time n Japans to lead em into a bright and prosperous future. He will be sorely missed. Thank you for your service not only to Japan abe but to d world. Rest in peace sir. A true Samaria spirit warrior lost too soon. Condolences to the family n nation of Japan

Tetsuya Yamagami, Shinzo Abe ’s alleged assassin blamed Unification Church for mother ’s bankruptcy. He had a grudge against Mr. Abe, who is thought to have had a close relationship with the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (formerly Unification Church), is gradually being reported by the media in Japan after House of Councillors election.

Shinzo Abe's killer, probably saved hundreds of thousands, perhaps, even millions of lives. Nuclear missiles in Japan, targeting China & Russia would surely have caused reciprocal actions by these targets. A little history lesson for that airhead, Lee Hsien Loong, who was so chummy with him. Shinto Abe's maternal grandfather, Nobusuke Kishi, was to be tried as a Class A war criminal, after WW2. He ruled Manchuria and was called Monster of Manchuria coz of his cruelty. He was imprisoned for 3 years, but later released, coz the Americans needed him, to help run Japan. He served under Tojo, the Prime Minister during the war. He later became Prime Minister of Japan (1957-60), while his son Shintaro Abe (Sinzo Abe's father) became foreign minister (1982-86). The family history, shows that Abe was a blue blood in Japan’s politics. Japan’s imperialism & extreme nationalism, have been LDP trademarks. Their biggest obstacle today, is China. Abe, is the mastermind in the moves for the further containment of China, & in the formation of QUAD. Since he returned to power in 2012, Abe had embarked on an unprecedented anti-China mission, changing his country's pacifist foreign policy! Abe, funded nearly all anti-China think tanks in the US to advocate for the US's containment strategy, against China. He also bankrolled, many Western media to spread anti-China propaganda. Trying to discredit China's BRI projects, he offered what he called 'better alternatives'. He engaged in shuttle diplomacy, to create an anti-China coalition in Asia, spearheading the formation/revival of the Quad. In a nutshell, it could be said, Abe was the critical figure, who engineered Japan's hostile change toward China. He is also responsible, for Japan's increasing re-militarization! Good riddance! www.theguardian.com/world/2022/mar/01/china-rattled-by-calls-for-japan-to-host-us-nuclear-weapons

He only had 5 security and 1 man watching the back crowd. the rest were spread out around him. Under that scenario you cant get the leader covered if something goes down. ONLY 1 guy watching the rear crowd 1. distance perimeter either where you cant get that close. He was set up. they could not defeat him politically so someone removed him.
@geopoliticalerrorfixing8073
Deep condolences & praying for his departed soul. Its appears to be politically motivated killing. As Shinzo Abe's being trying to looking forward to establish more friendly relations with China, & tring to close gaps with other rival neighbours and trying to change the Japan’s geopolitical status quo back to pre- ww2 stage. He been trying to regain the Japan’s heritage being lost in Second World War(WW2). He is the Nationalist, and trying uphold Japan with a self propelled foreign policy for Japan, propagate a Japan driven geopolitics that entirely Japan centric, a self sufficient & independent Japan with all geopolitical aspects!! Abe vowed to regain all the pacific territories being captured by US in WW2.

At best, the legacy of a warmonger! *Definition:* warmonger 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🗣(wôr′mŭng′gər) _noun_ ▪︎a person who encourages or advocates aggression towards other countries or groups. ▪︎one who fosters warlike ideas or advocates war over peaceful solutions. "At a World War II memorial in Okinawa last month, protesters called Shinzo Abe a warmonger." *Similar:* militarist | hawk | jingoist sabre-rattler | aggressor | provoker belligerent *Opposite:* pacifist *News Articles:* ☆ _Shinzo Abe Faces Growing Wrath of Okinawans Over U.S. Base_ - The New York Times ☆ _'Warmonger' Abe Heckled Over US Base_ - The Times ☆ _Thousands Protest 'Warmongering' Laws for Japan_ - The Scotsman ☆ _Asian Neighbours Nervous after Election Comeback for Japanese 'Warmonger'_ - Independent Bye! *Shinzo Abe* remained unrepentant towards the atrocities committed by the Japanese army during the Second World War especially the massacre at Nanking. He was unapologetic to China, and also angered all his ASEAN neighbours by persistently insisting on honouring the Japanese war criminals enshrined in the Yasukuni Shrine. *Nobusuke Kishi* (13 November 1896 - 7 August 1987), a Class A war criminal in the war of aggression against China, a Japanese right wing known for his exploitative rule of the Japanese puppet state of Manchokuo in Northeast China in the 1930s and was nicknamed the "Monster of the Shōwa era" (昭和の妖怪; Shōwa no yōkai). Kishi was notorious of his brutality when he served as Manchukuo's Deputy Minister of Industrial Development. Kishi felt the Chinese were more akin to dogs than human beings and would only understand brute force, that Chinese were merely _'mechanical instruments of the Imperial Army, non-human automatons that should absolutely be obedient'_ to their Japanese masters. With the US support he became the Prime Minister of Japan (1957-1960). As prime minister, Kishi's mishandling of the 1960 revision of the US-Japan Security Treaty _(the treaty that allows the United States to maintain military bases on Japanese soil),_ led to the massive 1960 Anpo protests which were the largest protests in Japan's modern history and which forced him to resign in disgrace. On 14 July 1960, Kishi was attacked by a knife-wielding assailant as he was leaving the prime minister's residence to host a garden party celebrating Hayato Ikeda's impending ascension to the premiership. For the rest of his life, Kishi remained devoted to the cause of revising the Japanese Constitution to get rid of *_Article 9_* and remilitarizing Japan. On 7 August 1987, Nobusuke Kishi died after months of illness. Shinzo Abe is his grandson, who is also an extreme right wing antagonist against China. Just like his belligerent grandfather, Abe sought to eliminate *_Article 9_* which states: *_'Aspiring sincerely to an international peace based on justice and order, the Japanese people forever renounce war as a sovereign right of the nation and the threat or use of force as means of settling international disputes.'_*

After all this futility in life, I decided to focus on my Christian obligation to God... A reading from Eclesiastes “The greatest futility!” says the congregator, The greatest futility! Everything is futile! What does a person gain from all his hard work At which he toils under the sun? The conclusion of the matter, everything having been heard, is: Fear the true God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole obligation of man" Eclesiastes 1:2 , 12:13,14...

Japan needs to be vigilant this time. they are too over confident of their gun law and low crime rates. They should also train the police and security personel very well. The gunman failed at first! they should have protected and evacuated Abe san but I guess they are just too confident. Evil people will always lurk.

It is aways good to discuss the qualities of a leader and the hopes that the leader can bring to the People. Hitler too had great hopes for his people and so have many other leaders ...even the present President of Ukraine.has many high hopes ...but the true fact is ..ARE THESE LEADERS LEARNING FROM HISTORY. Why must Japan still eager to revive its military might when it is facing an aging population and which is also declining. To pitch itself against China over Taiwan is to commit its remaining young population to a war that may end the Japanese race ...one must learn the history of Nagasaki and Hiroshima..bombed by US and the irony now is to follow sheepishly US policies. His death is tragic from a personal stand point ..but from a political stand point ..this event may give hope for Japan to return to a peace seeking direction ...away from militaristic pursuit. His maternal grandfather was recorded as a first class war criminal in the Chinese museum. Maybe Karma has its way to score points.
