Sarah snook is so amazing, I genuinely couldn’t watch this scene the first time. Never knew you could imbed tripping on a couple steps with so much emotion
That is genuinely such a superb fall. It looks so completely natural and realistic and exactly like a real fall looks/feels like. So many times actors just telegraph it but it almost looks it genuinely happened in the filming and they kept it in.

I like how Tom followed Shiv downstairs after seeing her sad, and frustrated. And rushed to her saying "honey" when she fell. I think, he genuinely still loves Shiv despite all
I think Tom really does love her, but he realised what he actually means to Shiv, nothing, a puppet, a joke. and now Tom wants to make her suffer, but at the same time he cant do it without giving up his love to her.
I think he is using her...and tries to be in her good graces since Logan is not longer here (Just look how he tried to butter up Kendall and Roman). It was super stupid for him to toss her away for Logan💀 At the end of the day...Logan was old and sick (He was 80 something for God's sake!), and his only "formal" link to the family was Shiv. Tom was thirsty for power and money, even though he already got everything through Shiv. She game him all his jobs at Waystar and at the end of season 2 saved him from prison...because YES, Tom made Greg destroy those documents. He should be in jail.
I was so scared for her here...she kind of is right though. So direspectful to laugh at a funeral...I always try to avoid funny conversations in places like that💀
Shiv is getting destroyed this season, her manipulation act on Tom doesnt work anymore so she wants to split up, her father dies and shes the last one to have a "chance" to talk to him, her businesses ideas and negotiations fall short, Logan didnt chose her to run things if he died. The complete mess Shiv is becoming is such a difficult acting challenge, and Sarah takes the pants and wears the fuck out of them.
Still 6 Episodes left, I have a feeling that she'll come out winning at the end, not necessarily CEO but winning something else and the opposite for Ken (Rom? Can't guess)

it was!! the director said that it was scripted before they knew sarah was actually pregnant in the scene, so when they found out they were horrified they made a pregnant woman stunt fall lmao
@@rain.enthusiast You can see the beige, extra padded crash mat where she falls. Well designed to be part of the set dressing. And she falls on onto her hands which support her before she rolls onto her side, protecting her belly. But she is so of an actress you don't notice how well choreographed the fall is - and how natural and spontaneous she made it look.

Kendall is pathetic during the first episode of the show and he doesn't get less pathetic unless he is completely broken, Roman is an imbecil that almost got people killed in that launch and Shiv never truly got into business and wants to be CEO... I won't even get started on Connor. Logan was an awful father that never prepared his children to take his place.
I didn't know how to feel for her when she fell. At first i felt bad for her but then I started laughing out loud.....but then I felt bad for her again, feeling confused and lost in emotions.....
Oh yeah you are such a "nice" person 💀 to watch somebody's fall and to accompany it with a preachy moralizing remark because you like to come off as "spiritual" person 💀 really disgusting 💀💀💀 And also kind of sick, becouse normal healthy people do feel empathy for someone else's pain. And don't enjoy it with moralizing smugness.
Um not really... Roman has alot more experience than she does. It's beyond hilarious how she acts like she knows everything. Also let's not forget that she was trying to manipulate her brothers into blocking the deal for more money like 2 episodes ago and she only did that to hurt her dad because he helped Tom with divorce strategy. She literally went behind their back and meet with Sandy's daughter then acted like she didn't know what was happening 😂
@Trevor Distance Her father took her political future from when he promised her CEO. Her brothers are constantly throwing her under the bus and frequently remind her that her weakness is coz she’s a woman. And lastly her brothers not even considering her to be part of the new waystar was the nail in the coffin… so yes they do take shit from. *Tom is the only exception coz he’s an outsider*
