The Izmailovsky Kremlin (in Moscow, Russia) is not a fortress or an architectural monument, as the name suggests, but a historical, architectural, cultural and entertainment complex. The Izmailovsky Kremlin combines many features of the old Russian Kremlins of different times, their most interesting and colorful details, and at the same time, the modern leisure industry is represented here. City holidays, fairs and festivals are held here

I was last there in 2017 I believe and what a difference a few years can make. Almost none of the hi ries was there. I visited in late September and almost nothing was open but I still found some very nice Christmas ornaments including a small carved Yuri Gagarin decoration and a nice Дед Мороз we set up every Christmas time.

Beautiful items. lots of colours. Glad I'm not there and glad I'm 'financially depressed' 🤭 I always want to buy beautiful things. I have a house full of things, lots are memories of my parents. My sons are not interested. The wife is the one who decorates. Thanks for showing us this beautiful things.

Lovely carpets & great selection, but I imagine too expensive for most households these days. They would be here! We never see such a selection anyways, they’re in specialty shops even the used ones - they just call them ‘vintage’ & charge a bit more for the history! Thanks for bringing us along!

I hear those handmade rugs are worth the money as they will last forever and very durable. It is a lot of money though. My understanding is the ones from Iran are the best quality made.

Thanks guys! That was fun. Love that you took the time to make such a detailed survey with lots of images. Hope you are both doing well. I was thinking of you guys the other while looking at some illustrations by Ivan Bilibin (fantastic) and then this popped up. I think Valeria is taking a painting course. Hope that is going well. The painted architecture is terrific --- and thanks for the look at the icons. And the bells...... All the best from the Pacific Northwest.

Some parts of the video were filmed on a smartphone. At flea markets it is impossible to film on a good camera. Many sellers prohibit taking photos and videos

That was a great video! :) Love the views of the buildings and architecture. The market was really fascinating. Love the old stuff, that sled was really cute. I actually bought four metal tea cup holders outside of the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg when i was there in 1993. I still have them, and they are in a glass cabinet in my kitchen. They have the image of Sputnik I think, the space one. Also, one thing I wanted to ask you, could you do a video of the Cemetaries if you have not already. I loved the monuments they have on the graves for everyone. So amazing. I saw Dostoevsky's and also the first astronaut in Russia. I am sorry I forgot his name. There is a statue of a man with wings and one of his wings was broken over his grave, it was so moving. But also, the photos of people who are buried on top of the gravestones is so intense. We don't do that here in the USA. Love your videos! :) I will try and catch your next live broadcast. It seems that you do them on Saturdays our time here in the states in the morning so I will keep a look out this Saturday morning. Take care and thanks again for your videos. I love Russia and the Russian people and hopefully one day I can return for a holiday, fingers crossed. -Cynthia
