iliovecaRS reliability is similar to Toyota or Honda of the 90s which was very good, just make sure you buy one in good condition like the one in this video cuz people tend to abuse sporty cars, make sure the timing belt and water pump is changed every 60k-80k miles and do its regular oil changes and the car will last forever. My cousin bought one used and she owned it for 10 years and its never gave her any problems.
iliovecaRS the 4g63 is a very solid engine (similar maintenance as the 420a) and comes with forged internals but these days its very hard to find one in near stock condition or well maintenance, plus some parts are expensive for the turbo eclipses compared to the n/a versions. I have heard that some engines crankwalk if you over boost them without a proper tune. The 4g63 is known as the 2jz of the 4bangers, in a competition of HP per liter the 4g63 outpowered all other 4cylinders, yes even high boosted turbo Hondas. If you want the best get the gsx awd eclipse but it probably won't be cheap.
haha, I laughed when you said... polish exhaust TIP, it was like you really wanted to say polished exhaust tips but then realised you couldn't. Good video as always Kyle.
Hey Kyle, I love your videos, but I just have one small request. Would you mind revving the cars to the redline when you're showing how they sound? I just love the sound is all. Thanks :)
U know what i wish there was a way you buy a car from these kinda dealerships n have it deliver to your state since i'm in tx and this is outta state...
@rabihz24 Thank you for the info, I will look forward to seeing Alfa Romeos around in the near future! I hope that brands like Peugeot and Seat find their way here also!
That's one good automobile. The one I've driven was from the older generation and automatic. Still very nice. The ding-dong buzzer sounds like those radiation machines used in Chernobyl. Scary !!! LOL (gotta say i love honda and toyota/lexus buzzers although).
Imagine this video was made in 2021 having the radio on that long with a song like that would’ve been an immediate copyright strike and the video would’ve been taken down.. man those were the days lol
@7477238 the spoiler was only suppose to come on the gs-t and gs-x turbo models. Idk why its on this non turbo one, unless its an oz edition or something. I think it completes the car
The body of the car is all ther rly matters to me, i mean you can always fix em up just dont rice em out, but when they look good and sound good, hell yea i love em, screw fancy expensive toys like lamborghinis, porshes, and mercedes-benz
Ah, no road test. Nyeh. Thanks for showing what they looked like stock, minus a few things (depending on trim) here and there. It's too bad Diamond Star went under. They had potential. Some stinkers, but a few gems like this one to make up for it. It's hard to find one on the road and if we do it's usually smoking, burning oil, body ripped/dinged all over and 200k on the clock. So sad. ;_; With such aggressive drivers out there nervous to take mine out. It's completely rebuilt so you'd understand. Gets a lot of attention. ^_^;
It must be annoying to film all of these in a row haha, this is like the 5th? Short Take you've uploaded today, and for all I know there might be more lol
