Hi Samuel, love your content. What contracts do I need for R2SA? I'm in Scotland and there' are laws up here around R2R as it's seen as subletting. Pretty certain there's a work around.

Hi Samuel. How do you find the BMVs these days, when every house I viewed for the past year, was sold for over asking price? I looking for the house for my mom to live in, so it can't be just any house. Some houses been sold so quickly that I didn't get a chance to view it, even though I had a wiewing booked next day. I just seen one house these week that I put 5k over asking price and I still wasn't enough, but couldn't afford any more. Is there any other way to look for the houses then Rightmove? I checking it every day for over a year but there isn't many properties comming up on the market and lately there is nothing comming up for a whole weeks or so. (Not within our budget anyway) Can you give any advise on it, please?

@@mcafrique9699 his 'training' and 'seminars' use old school tactics. Loads of evidence of this on google and RU-vid, just search Samuel Leeds scam. The guy is a fraud. He claims he owns all this property, has all this money - load of rubbish. He earns all his money from his 'training events'.

@@MrTj145 Evidence is a strong word man. Is it really evidence, or just people's personal experiences? We could easily flip this argument on its head and say: look at the evidence of all the people he has helped? But even then, that's still people's personal experience. I think the best thing to do here, before passing a judgement, would be to have your own experience. You know us human beings - we're emotional creatures man. When people speak under the influence of offence, you have to proceed with caution. People say a lot on the internet but it's not necessarily true. Establish fact from fiction for yourself. Have your own experience. Regarding his money and properties, you can either believe him or not. But since it is impossible for us to verify, we don't have the right to comment on it.
