Should You Get An Office? - Entrepreneurial Advice

Hey Bob thanks for the great video. I have multiple businesses including e-commerce, graphic design, marketing, real estate referrals and a bunch of other odd job incomes along with my music which you can hear on my channel. Been thinking of having a office where I can keep my inventory, clear out files/paperwork etc out of the apartment, and most importantly, have a business address I can operate out of. I found a great 3 year lease on a 145 sq ft office with a nice window in a great location at about $290/mo. Really thinking about making it happen. Only thing that sucks is the office is about 30-45 min from home. Any suggestions? Thank you!!!
