I was in Vegas last week and the Titanic Museum in the Luxor is unbelievable! I highly recommend seeing it! The interior of the property is neat as well.
Luxor is one of, if not the best budget property. It's clean, and cheap, and connected to other resorts. Mgm and nyny are also right there. If you have mgm rewards, and gamble even a little bit, the Luxor is usually free during most weekdays.
@@nnprocards-Noe yeah. Not just in that casino. But a lot happened in the pyramid section. When your there just go to a floor and you can see how easy it is. They never put blocks up. It’s kind of sad tbh
It's a budget hotel. Its the best bang for your buck! Bring your own drinks waters, soda, gatorade, and alcohol. They over charge the hell out of that stuff.
I stayed there the first year they opened. They used to have the Nile artificial river that went around the inner main level of the hotel . You could hop on one of their gondolas and take you to various parts of the hotel. I went back maybe 15 yrs later and it wasn’t there. They took it out because it always broke down.
I'm usually stay there when I go to Vegas, and am staying there next weekend after San Diego Comic-Con. I got the room for $35+ a night (Tower Room) and will use the F&B credit towards Johnny Rockets which was good last time. Thanks for letting me know about the Fish Tacos being spicy. I just hope they still have the classic Aliens Slot Machine there since it's my favorite game to play.
Although I've never stayed there I do really like this hotel and feel it offers great value. The only downsides are the location and the fact it no longer has a poker room😞
Hi Jorge! Thank you for the video. The crown molding around the ceiling does add a positive vibe to the room, as well as the living room furniture which to my understanding is the old furniture from the Bellagio before they did their recent remodel. So that is Nice! Enjoy your week! CAB 😊
I live here, so of course I never go to The Strip anymore, and this just makes me so sad. If Vegas was this way when I was your, and I presume you're audience's age, I would have visited once and never come back. The standards that built Vegas don't even exist anymore, and that includes the latest and greatest places you've reviewed. Coming to Vegas used to be an experience of having such a great time doing so many cool things, that the money you left behind didn't cross your mind except maybe to help you decide how much more to bring so you could stay longer. I think you do a service in showing this stuff, so thank you.
Dang. You didn’t talk about all the suicides. Lots of that in the pyramid area. Well known is the woman who jumped from the 6th or 7th floor and landed in the buffet. 🤷🏻♀️ I think you should include some of those kind of things. To either warn or intrigue about that side.
Stay there yes but only in the towers premium rooms are good pyramid rooms in my experience are kinda gross, at least my pyramid corner suite was. Mismatched furniture crammed into an odd shaped room, result of a late arrival. The word you were looking for is crown molding...
@@Vegas-Must-Try they were and many had air conditioning units replaced which was apparently a huge problem. The decor was updated bathroom was nice but the furnishings were old beat up and mismatched. Tp be honest though I don't know if any furnishings would look good in a room with a giant ugly soaking tub that dominates the room. I really like luxor though as long as I'm in one of the towers.
We had four rooms there over Thanksgiving. Won't be back. We had to walk so far to our rooms from the elevators. Liter of Pepsi was $1.60 in their little store. Food at Diabolo wasn't good.
Hey Jorge love the the work you do and tried some of the places you recommended and loved the food. With Football Season coming up are you planning to review the Sport books for food and drinks Thank for all you do!!!
Thanks for the review. Long time resident of Vegas, stayed at Luxor many years ago, room in the tower was badly in need of updating, have never returned or brought visitors there... waiting for the day when it's torn down and the pyramid becomes part of the past...
☆☆☆☆☆Hi George! LOL YOU Paid $17 for a tall Modelo Can?? WHAT! And I thought 5 bucks for bottled water at New York New York was BAD! LUXOR is my ALL-Time favorite Resort and still is. It just needs a little more Upgrade and Spice and it will do Fine! You will most likely find me here in VEGAS 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤❤❤❤❤
@@Vegas-Must-Try very pricey, sticky carpet in the tower room, no bath, you call it a tub, shower was not the best, staff horrible especially at check in, . I'm from Clydebank in Scotland, been over a few times now, back again next June to the Westgate hotel again, you should do a blog about there, I loved it 😊,staff are absolutely fantastic and good FOOD
Never walk barefoot on a hotel room. The former guest had a foot and toenail fungus, the fungus has been shed all over the carpet, no vacuum cleaner can get rid of the fungus, protect yourself or ask for a room without carpets.
Excellent 👍 Excellent 👍 Excellent 👍 Excellent 👍 Excellent 👍 Excellent 👍 Excellent 👍 Excellent 👌👍 Excellent 👍 Excellent 👍 Excellent 👍 I loved the video 😊 I'm thinking about spending a Night 🌉🌉🌉🌉 here in November 🤠 when I come to Las Vegas I haven't been here to L V sience 1998 I was 20 then and Now I'm 44
Hi Jorge..., Hello Bro..., Excellent video and the ( honest and truthful opinion ) about the room and ( air conditioning ), pool, casino, entertainment, and the Mexican restaurant were superb ! ! * I live in Montana on a ( working cattle ranch ) and the ( air conditioning problems ) in the room and restaurant..., bothered me or ( us ) a lot... * We rarely get to 90 degrees in the late summer in Montana for a High Temperature of 90 degrees ( maybe 3 to 4 days )..., so our blood is ( thick ) because of our ( cold ) temperatures in Montana ( long cold winters and short summers ) and hot weather, including the Luxor Hotel & Casino room and restaurant..., really turned us off. * We like it ( cool, refreshing, and relaxing )..., cooler the better... * Like you said..., "The prices of alcoholic drinks were ( a bit hit ) and we totally "agree" with you, including the food & drinks that came with the room... Once again..., excellent video and very informative, and thank you for sharing the video... ( WE ) cowhands and I, the ( Owner ), enjoyed the video, and the Luxor Hotel and Casino may ( not ) be on our list for our next trip to Las Vegas... * ( WE ) come to Las Vegas two (2) or three (3) times per year... " Semper Fi " Your friend always, Mike in Montana * P.S.: You are always ( Welcome ) in Montana... We need an extra hand... Excellent video... Mike in Montana :)
No, you definitely should not. The Luxor was so dirty, it was nasty. And, my parents and sister stayed there a few years later and said exactly the same thing. The casino is fine, the rooms are gross.
I was just there this past week and my god the hotel is ran down and ghetto. My rooms ac wasn’t cooling my room. Strong smell of weed and cigarettes through out the building. Diablo catina was good but over priced for sure and food public was delicious also. Titanic museum is amazing. Everything else was disappointing. I won’t stay at Luxor ever again
