Get a GREAT Shoulder and Back Workout at home only using resistance bands. Anybody can do this workout and get a great workout without going to the gym. You can follow along with this workout and I give you technique tips and form explanation of each exercise. You can do this workout with any set of tube style resistance bands but I do recommend using Torrobands. I used to use resistance bands when I was losing weight to improve my health and combat diabetes type II. I got to my desired weight and a year or so later I was diagnosed with no diabetes. I stopped using the bands, I kept my diet though. 3 years later I found David's channel about resistance bands, I undust them and these exercises broke me and the bands, lol. This is good stuff!

Can you please make a video doing chest workout while your walking outside? I started walking four miles a day and wanted to workout on my upper body at the same time using resistance bands. Would that be possible?

Love your workouts. Do you ever use a workout bench with bands? Is there any need for a bench? I use bodylastics bands and their multi use door anchor system and was curious if i bench would even be needed. Thanks.

For the shoulder side lateral raises, can i do one arm at a time or is it better to do both at the same time? I just feel like i can control it more with one at a time

Hi, I’m a complete noob to working and I’ve used one of your full-body workout routines twice now, I was wondering how often I should add more resistance bands to a particular workout, or if sticking with one band is fine? The bands I have go up from 5-50lb.
