Sicilian brioche with Tuppo to taste with granita or ice cream, brioche that you find in bars and ice cream parlors in Sicily, recipe given to me by a pastry chef here in the area. They are spectacular, very soft and very fragrant.
Make-up: if you want them with the inside colored pasta like those in the bar, add orange and lemon honey, a bag of saffron;)
