At this point I still had a lot of energy so I just decided to get a workout in bc I knew I’d probably be out for the rest of the week lol. But yes, usually if my body feels tired or my symptoms are worse then I wouldn’t have worked out. But that’s just me.
I know this might sound like a stupid question but the protein mix from simple mills could you mention why that wouldn’t be vegan. I am trying to go vegan and I am new to it. Thanks.
