Today I'm bringing you a second video dedicated to banchan, these little side dishes that are eaten very often with a Korean meal. 🇰🇷
For this second banchan, I present the Sigeumchi Namul, a simple, fresh and more vegan spinach salad.
🎥 The recipe is simple. The goal is to keep the flavor and vitamins of spinach as much as possible with light cooking and seasoning that brings out the flavor.
🥩 Ingredients:
300g fresh spinach
About 10g of leek or white onion
1 clove of garlic (approximately 5g)
1.5 tablespoon of salty soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Salt
