If you asked her out and the answer is anything but a resounding YES. it is a no, respect her decision and keep it moving. If she answers "Let me think about it" or "I will let you know" after showing "interest" take it as a NO and move on. There will be another who will say YES! at the first chance.

@@CoachMelannie Absolutely more videos. The girl I really like, I'm pretty sure likes me too, but, she was in a horribly abusive relationship for years and hasn't really had a relationship since. She has very low self confidence and has trouble sometimes sharing her feelings, we have gotten to know each other well,for about 6 month's and she's opened up to me about very personal things with her life and her kids and she knows she can trust me and I won't hurt her. We work in the same building, but, not together, different areas, so we see each other most days, but we don't really work together. I'm trying not to be pushy and respect what she's been through, any help is appreciated, thank you !!

Don't keep your mouth shut! That has ruined the friendship more then letting them know I like them, in fact once she knew I liked her, we have become better friends. It's going to hurt if you keep your moth shut, or if you say something and they reject you. But you never know till you try! Just don't be weird or creepy about it. Try and just go somewhere and kind of just slip it in there. If it's meant to be, its meant to be! I took the chance and she said no, but it didn't ruin or make things weird. We're still friends after 17 years. Good luck to you!!

In regards to the pictures, what if a friend who is seeing someone and not posting alot of pictures of her and her man? In regards to another friend she keeps doing nice things for me but I am not interested in her that way.

Not everyone likes to post pictures of them and their significant other. It's simply a good sign if she does. Each girl is different and many people just don't like to post that way a lot. as a young woman, i can confirm that if she laughs and has a genuine smile and goes with it freely, she most likely feels the same way. if she awkwardly smiles, or doesn't smile then that could mean a no. (though be careful, some women might act a little differently. sure signs can be hard to spot).

Does all of this apply to women post their divorce or if they have a dismissive attachment style? I feel all of this advice only works with a healthy woman who has secure attachment style and has done the work on herself. There are a MASSIVE amount of women who don't want to be pursued (or in reality don't want to be pursued by me if I'm being brutally honest). They want the security of your friendship, but not the risk of a relationship with you. So they care capable of putting out these signals because subconsciously they know it will attract you into their sphere, but the reality is they really aren't capable of being more... but they don't want you to not be around...just be around at their convenience and disposal... which provides them safety and control of their emotional safety.

Oh, I couldn't agree more! Usually when a man feels he is doing all the pushing and pursuing it's because the girl is either 1. not interested (and the guy deserves to move on) or 2. she is toxic and likes to make men beg. When you are creating a healthy/happy relationship however, you will have two people who both show interest and invest in the relationship. Thanks for watching!

lol It really can be confusing! Let me see if I can help. There are women who like to do the chasing but almost always they are toxic women. They like drama and playing games. I never encourage attracting toxic women. I teach how to attract the girl of your dreams and a happy long term relationship. As a certified coach everything I teach comes from my training. That is a hard situation to find yourself in! I never suggest getting involved with a woman who is in a relationship. She owes it to the man she is with to break it off before pursuing a new relationship. Also, if she is willing to flirt with other men while in a relationship with him she will be willing to flirt with other men while in a relationship with you. Im crushing on a woman work with, but I don't have her phone number. We are both switcher truck drivers and she always comes around me and when she does she's always messing with her hair. Her brother works with us in a different position and told me she always talks about me. I've given her a small gift and she loved it saying no one has ever done this for her before. So after pursuing this girl for a long time now from the friend zone, she finally said yes to dating. However...I try to Alpha up and kiss her... Twice... In a while day together and got totally rejected. I'm beginning to think she finally did yes to just shut me up lol. @@AntonioWolfpack I'm not going to disagree with what you said there. It's just a fine line of hanging out and still feeling like we're just friends and hanging out but breaking down that barrier so I'm not friendzoned. Before I was too friendly and too Beta and this time I'm trying to be more Alpha. There's no exact science to get out of the friendzone lol. Oh well, the recent update is I hung out with her for 3 hours at a park and besides giving her some flowers (which was not uncommon for me to do), I backed off and just chilled out with her like we used to do and then I thanked her for the opportunity of at least seeing what could be there between us. That I have no regrets. I'm still her friend but I'm going a different direction. Since then, she deactivated her FB. Stopped learning her Russian on her app and she had a 70+ day streak with that and has gone to the level of not viewing my Snapchat stories or sending me gifts in Pokemon Go. On one hand I want to say that this change in behavior means that my rejection bothered her but it doesn't make sense that she would do all that stuff and shut down if we were "just friends".
