I want to thank you Tara for this fabulous meditation. A year ago I had an anxiety issue. It came from no where, frightening time. But this meditation stock with me, it settled me and I keep going back to it. Your a life saviour forever thankful. Phyllis Èire ❤
Beautiful. I know the grip of thoughts is a slippery slope, the more I throw them off they return. I am afraid and long for this silence. Turn it off, be alone, how can we live beyond the words. Ty
Thankyou Tara, this reflection and meditation came just at the right time for me. Much appreciated, and I have shared it with friends hoping that it brings them some stillness and calm today.
Tara....just love your meditations! Your sessions are better than anything I've experienced. Your words, "sensing the breathe..." are brilliant! I feel it as you speak! Thank you! I've saved this session to come back to it, over and over again.
Thank you Tara, I love your work. I am however sensitive about the idea of doing things for "our children".... I personally think saying "the next generation" is more inclusive and expands the term beyond the children we might be directly taking care of xxx
Thank you Tara. This Meditation is a perfect accompaniment to Robin Wall Kimmerer "Braiding Sweetgrass" and Bioneer Talk on "The Honourable Harvest." You and Robin are Soul Sisters.
This is a wonderful practice, Tara. Very timely, apt and just the right balance of inspiration from the reading and putting it into practices with gentle guidance and an invitation to experience the infinite universe of possibility found in fundamental silence. Thank you thank you thank you.
I just listened to the most wonderful talk The Gift of Silence: Quieting the Mind from Sep 11, 2019. It spoke to me in so many deep ways. I think I actually said “wow” 🤯out loud at one point which I haven’t done while listening to something lol I was wondering, do you have any other talks or meditations that expand on this? The “how”? Thank you!!! 🙏💛
When I hear the words about the vast silence that's aware, I suppose I automatically tryto visualise what that might look like, and so get distracted again... Any ideas as to how to dissolve this?
