How to replace a Chevy Silverado seat belt buckle.
Seems like one thing after the other. Hope this helps someone with a similar problem.
When replacing a seat belt buckle make sure to remove the battery source for the vehicle to prevent any electrical issues.
Belt buckle was sourced locally at a junk yard (used)

Thanks for the video! I did try and do it without removing the seat... and by sliding it back and forth a few times to get the plastic slightly separated, I was able to replace the buckle without having to take the seat out!! I got my buckle at a local junkyard for $40 plus tax.

I got mine at a local junk yard for about $20... I believe at part stores new there around $50 or so.

Depends if you have the Silverado classic or not. 2007 was a crossover year. In this video it is a 2007 being worked on. If it looks like this vehicle it is the non classic version"new body style"

i have the new body Styles but have 2 buckles on THE passenger side but both not work

@@daleofalltrades yes sr I buy the piece from a classic Chevy same year and is diferent ,, Tahoe or Yukon 2006 will be same ,,I went to junk yard they said computer shows that match wit it
