Would've been nice if they expanded further into non-equipment based modifications/progressions in each phase for these very obvious exercise selections. Now that woulda been "Outstanding!".

Even when i was doing this course, i never understood the relationship between science and the OPT model. Why someone ha to do 6 weeks of stability type of training only? Who can say that the client isn't ready to do muscular endurance type of training. It's being proven that the science can tell you exactly what you want. The funny is that you have a plank as a stability exercise. There are better alternatives that can teach someone balance and coordination. Stability is all about strength. Without strength you can't have balance.

Hmm phase 1 is stabilisation and muscular endurance combined. Of course the person doesn't need to do 6 weeks of it. I would say 3 weeks on, 1 week deload, and then week 5 they move on to the next phase. If the person is a novice and only training 1-2 times a week then they'll need up to 6 weeks of the 1st phase before moving on. It's true that stability is about strength but to improve balance it requires good mobility. Poor mobility affects balance

It is way too hard to follow a topic with her saying "again", "you know", "uhmm.." and all kind of filler words after every sentence.... I had to quit watching because i was seriously getting frustrated by this.
