Walking and standing with duck feet is one of the most common posture and walking technique problems. Most people can fix it with better awareness and some simple exercises. Not everyone walking with duck feet with develop problems, but many people do. Fallen arches, plantar fasciitis, functional knee pain, hip pain and back pain can all be related to duck feet. You may surprised that even rotator cuff tendonitis can be triggered by duck feet because it causes the shoulders to be internally rotated. This quick exercise can help you determine if you have a functional problem or if you have a fixed anatomic misalignment, which is more difficult to fix. It will help with you hip mobility, and it will help you walk with your feet in better alignment.
