As runner and cyclist I really appreciate every single workout with you focusing on legs, on stretches. What I miss in this workout are explicit quad stretches and … … many runners don't run using the heel stroke, but landing on the forefoot or middle foot, which stresses the muscels on the shin … cyclists using cleats to fix their shoes at the pedals do not only push, but pull the pedals and need to fix their ankles, stressing the muscles around the ankles, not only the calves, but the muscles on the shin, too. How to get stretches, relief and release to those muscles around the shin? And as last thing I to care for my feet by: - the toes pose to stretch the sole and toes out - to tease (or torture) my soles with golf balls pressing those balls into the soles or to stand on the balls But it is difficult to get the opposite direction of the stretch of the toes pose. Why not working on an extended edition of this video? All the best!
