This practice offers you a unique opportunity to both STRENGTHEN and STRETCH some of the tightest and often weakest muscles in our body: HAMSTRINGS and HIP FLEXORS. Plus add a few backbends and here is a yoga flow that you will definitely enjoy.
This yoga flow for strength and flexibility is more tailored for intermediate level practitioners. It includes targeted warmup and a few cool down poses. It is an effective combination of steady mild burn and feel good stretch that releases tightness and stiffness in your body.

Woooow in the beginning i think it's gentle stretch then in the final I sweating I love it ❤

Oh my goodness Marina this was intense 😅! I was shaking and sweating. The half split with leg up was difficult for me. I could not even raise my leg up😂 and almost cramp up😂. Thank you for this session ❤.

I always enjoy your challenging yet achievable flows. It was a little fast for me. I would if you could do flows to help with achieving plow position which I still can't get❤
