How's your arm doing? I just recently started having pain like 2 weeks ago. The tingling and numbness seem to get better. The pain in my elbow and my bicep is tight. Wonder how before surgery you were feeling. And why did you decide to get it?
My arm feels great! I'm able to do everything I was able to do before. Before surgery my arm was hurting a lot but now I'm seeing a lot of improvement. Every now and then when I squeeze down hard on a dumbell I can feel a tingle from the nerve but it's nothing too crazy
Does the position of the bar on back squats ever cause your arm to get tingly and numb on the side you had surgery? I have cubital tunnel syndrome and when I do back squats my fingers start to get tingly and numb from my arm being in the bent position.
My arm feels good when I squat! I am not a weight lifting coach - but I do speak with my college strength coach often. I believe he would advise you to try a squat variation: front squats, goblet squats, dumbbell squats etc. also continue to speak with your doctor. :) Good luck Zac!!
