Upper and middle back pain can be extremely frustrating. Even more frustrating is reading pages of generic articles by medical facilities giving you random causes, symptoms, and treatments that don't work.
For most people, the solution is straightforward. I think where people go wrong is overcomplicating their issues and not putting the time into following a plan to see lasting relief.
I understand this firsthand considering it took me years to get a noticeable grasp on my lower back pain simply because I didn't stick to a plan and see it to the end.
Today I want to give you a plan that's simple to follow and can be done even if "exercise" isn't your thing.

This video has saved my life. Ive been year doing different things and looking for something to take my thoracit pain away but nothing worked. Any video of thoracic spine mobility didnt help at all, but that last exercise of your video did improve my pain instantaneusly. It was something amazing, Thank you so much

Thank you. I am an artist and sitting down. I get some pretty extreme muscle spasms in upper back. I am definitely going to work on these stretches and exercises.

Recovering from back surgery x1 year out now. Thoracic laminectomy with fusion T5-T10 area and i haven't been active but just signed back up to a gym.

Was just going to ask if you think the fusion was worth it? I'm going through some chronic pain that I've had for a number of years now and was and still try to be a very active person pain meds don't really work for me injections don't really work was considering a fusion but not sure. Although mine is cervical disc and lumbar disc

I have Intercranial hypertension caused by CSF leak, which is linked to two other neurological conditions, and I want to make sure any exercise doesn’t cause me pressure in my head, and doesn’t put pressure on my thoracic spine and lumbar. What would you suggest? I only just had my CT Myleography on Wed 👍🏾

I have horrible mid back tightness especially on my right side. What type of monitor are you wearing near your neck.

G'day, I have had s1, l4 and l5 fusion. Would it be ok to do these exercises? I now have a lot of upper back tightness and pain. I really enjoy your vids! Cheers mate.

It should be but only after your weightbearing restrictions come down completely post surgery - I'd advise you consult with a doctor or physical therapist/physiotherapist to make sure any exercises like this are safe for you before completing them. It's common post fusion that excess stress goes on the vertebrae above and below the fusion and you don't want unnecessary stress leading to further back surgeries if you can avoid it whilst still getting the benefits of exercise.
