I'm french but i LOVE italians recipes, so simple & fresh all the time, so tasty. French cooking is good but you need lots of stuff to make it right, italian cooking you just need a pan & olive oil :D

i can't believed it.. this is my recipe when i was out of seafood.. basically i was planning to make aglio olio but i need the protein too. that's how i created this pasta. after all i wasn't alone makeing this kinda of pasta.

Great, easy recipe. No wild rocket here in Maryland, USA. Will have to use store bought arugula instead.. I replace tuna with King Oscar sardines, instead. So tasty

This last summer I noticed some odd looking "weeds" in various flower beds around my house. I stepped on one and immediately met with scent that I found familiar yet I had not a clue as to what it actually was. I tasted a bit of one leaf and thought "it can't be..." I bought some arugula (rocket) at a local market and compared the leaf and the taste. I've got arugula growing all over my property and I did NOT plant it! It wasn't there last year, so it can only have come in with a load of garden soil that I had delivered earlier in the spring. I do not think that it grows wild in Canada! So now I have thyme and nepitella growing in the front yard, oregano (or marjoram... not sure...) in a hedge by the driveway and rocket springing up everywhere else. My property is becoming a big SALAD!
