I knew exactly what you mean Kizzie. I was waiting so long for Johnny that when they announced him I didn't think it'd be enough to pull me back but season 3 has been really fun.

It's legit insane how they released Sin and Bedman?. I really wish we got some sort of balancing philosophy from the dev team because they went from bottom tier characters to legit threats. That tells me that ASW knows how to make their characters work, but sometimes they just choose to keep them faulty. It's so confusing as a player

I f*cking love STRIVE, been playing since day one and always had fun because it's an incredible fighting game....BUT, it REALLY needed these changes: almost all season 2 patches did nothing to help evolve the game, aside releasing new characters, making the game feel stale, while all of the Season 1 changes evolved the game and how you play it. Now, with just ONLY the integration of Wild Assault and Deflect Shield the game feels totally different and new, let aside the amazing balance patch that helped a lot too, and after almost three year STRIVE really needed this evolution, especially if they wanna compete with SF6 and the upcoming Tekken 8, AKA the Big Dogs!

I really like the new update but I've been playing less because my main got nerfed noticeably. I still find faust and johnny really fun to play

I am happy for all the Sin players. Their character has been too bad for too long and it's nice to see Sin become a good character.

I’m new to the fighting games genre and GGstrive has always peaked my interests, I’ve seen you play and it really inspired me to get my hands on it. So I bought it myself, though I really sucked at it, it was really very fun, but I didn’t have anybody to play with, no community, my friends didn’t like the genre. I fell of hard but I really did want to get better at GGStrive and experience what you guys do with these games. So here I am now, I’d like to reach out now to the community here and to our boi Kizzie if he reads this. I’d like to enjoy this game like how this community does. Thanks

YES!! SIN EMPIRE EATIN GOOD TONIGHT!! Edit: Wanted to put a second comment, but in god me and Kizzie are twins, cuz the minute the Strive beta dropped for Xbox, the first person I played was Sin and I ADORED HIM! Then the Beta ended and I bought the game immediately, but he wasn’t available cuz he was DLC and I was kinda pissed, but I just said screw it and bought him anyway. Ever since, I have been absolutely destroying people with this low tiered god. I have a philosophy of sorts where if there’s a bottom tier character, and I kinda like how they seem, I’ll pick ‘em up as my main. That’s why I main little Mac in Smash Ultimate, but Sin just made me feel so powerful though. I’m only on floor 8 at the moment, but I fought a heaven level player and we were EQUAL! Because of my SIN! I saw his rank and thought “I’m just gonna Fuckin die” but I had stupid fun and we ended up drawing!! So seeing my man has gained a PLETHORA of buffs has gotten me giddy to reinstall the game and once again reign terror upon the ignorant! 😈😈😈😈

I won't lie. I hate Sin. Just like how everyone hates Johnny, I'm in the hate Sin crowd. But I'll say this much. If Kizzie's not playing Sin or Ky, it will not seem like Kizzie has arrived. This gameplay displayed here, it feels like "FINALLY, KIZZIE HAS COME BACK TO GEAR". Had to get my "The Rock" on. Anyway, this was some sick ass Sin gameplay. Keep it up boss.Stay blessed.

I had never played Sin before, but with season 3 coming out I wanted to add another character to my arsenal to try and cover some weaknesses in my Bridget. I don't really think Sin does that, but damn he's fun and I'm glad I started playing him.

Pocket Bravery just released yesterday with a dedicated story, survival, arcade, and combo trial mode. It also has a solid cast of unique characters. Not to mention the beautiful sprite work. I think it’s time to give it another go on the channel bro.

I'm right there with you man. I won't say Sin being released like he did back in Season 2 was the thing that killed Strive for me, but it was certainly not helping a game I was already not vibing with from the getgo. This Sin is the kind of character that makes me love a game in spite of so much of the game that surrounds him. I was just thinking I'd play the game again to indulge my friend who was looking to try Johnny out, but I won't deny that while playing Sin, I was getting those goosebumps I'd get with him back in Xrd. If I could just get back a Beak Driver that I can hold on (Don't even need more damage, just let me delay it) and I could truly say the boy is back. I won't deny that many of the other changes the game got like the universal damage reduction, Wild Assault and Defecting Shield as well as the cool new moves that made going back to Gio and I-No pretty fun too did play a huge part in making this revisit feel more like a welcome back than a grim reminder. However, Sin feeling this good finally gave me a character that isn't just my means to play the game, but becomes the game itself for me, something that's an absolute must in any fighting game to have staying power with me.
