If it's threaded properly, it definitely will come up, if you hold things the way she does in the video.

Thankyou, genuinely THANK YOU. I thought my machine was broken. Just done. I thought it was tension, or something. This was the clearest video I got. I genuinely am so thankful because i’ve been sitting here, cried a little even because i just couldn’t find the issue. Thank you so much.
