I don't think I've ever disagreed with a list more than this one

The fact that Kelly Clarkson was so low was a crime. Also, I think singers like Jennifer Hudson, Cynthia Erivo, and Amber Riley deserve a mention. They are vocal beasts!

Oh, Bruno Mars should have definitely been higher on that list! Such an amazing and very recognizable voice. I wonder if Isac was allowed to keep his name as it is 😅

In my opinion, Paul McCartney is one of the greatest singers of all time just for how he is able to do folk singing, soft and smoother singing, gritty singing for heavy rock, and all kinds of other types of singing and how he does all of those almost flawlessly. It sounds so good every time

In my opinion, Brendon Urie should've been on the list. Dude's pretty amazing with his live vocals.

As a Lana fan I expected them to put this clip in and put it low but she has multiple other performances where she sounds amazing as well she's changed her tone a lot in the past years.

Where is Paul McCartney?? The man has gone through so much, and can do it all, from heavy metal in 'helter skelter' to jazz in 'baby's request' or 'my valentine'. His vocal range is also insane seeing how low he can go in 'the girl is mine feat. Michael Jackson', and how high he can go in 'oh darling' or 'ive got a feeling'.

Faouzia should've been on this list as well. Flawless and beautiful singer

I notice that this video is called "Singers from Level 1 to Level 100". So it seems to be a combination of style and vocal ability. I personally would have loved Mike Patton getting a mentioned due to skill and the quality of his voice. But I understand that he is probably not mainstream enough. For skill and range, Dimash should be there. I seem to remember Joel mentioning being obsessed with Sohyang, so she should probably have been there as well.

Amy Lee of evanescence is one of the best vocalists in the rock genre. Plus she is a trained opera singer and her voice is hypnotic. She deserves to be here.

In my opinion, George Michael should be on this list…that man truly had a gifted voice.

This was such a strange idea, cause a lot of the lower ones are bad performances from generally good singers. I'm sure you could find performances from a lot of the higher ones that are, maybe not equally as bad, but at least subpar compared to their usual level. Plus the performances from artists who generally don't really sing. Interesting video concept, nonetheless.

While I was watching this video, I was noticing a few things. There's a lot of artists who have been experienced tragic moments in their lives in a variety of ways. I've wondered many times over the years what their lives was like when the spotlights are off them. We hear about drugs, alcohol and suicidal thoughts and feelings on the news. It breaks my heart that so many singers and entertainers sing and write their music so everyone can enjoy their songs. While they could be facing a lot of personal things and heartache in their lives. I've thought about this many times over the years. On this video there's so many singers who had had an abundance of heartaches in their lives.

I am shocked that Nina Simone was so low on this list. She is amazing

Not gonna lie there were multiple people that were missing in this list. But Aretha being first place and Freddie being 2nd is so deserved!

Yeah I think lists like this are tough because with so many different genres of music and people's variety of tastes, a lot of great singers get missed and this list turns into more of an iconic/popularity contest more than anything else. Amazing singers from rock bands are missing and there is almost no one from opera and the more classically trained singers.

My heart leapt when I saw Yebba up there with the greats! Yesss!. She is an EXTRAORDINARY singer with an INCREDIBLE voice! Not many singers can sing with the clarity and range that she can, and she writes her own songs too which is brilliant too. I have to agree that after Freddie Mercury, Aretha Franklin deserved to be number 1. Of all the female singers of all genres, Aretha reigns supreme. And Freddie Mercury is at the top of my personal list of male singers. When Freddie sang 'I Will Always Love You,' I got goosebumps! I get goosebumps when I listen to Yebba sing 'My Mind.' Both hauntingly beautiful songs. Both incredible voices. Thank you Isaac from Joel's team for putting together this list. God bless you all. Merry Christmas guys!

James Hetfield has the one of the best singing voices ever. It’s so uncommon in the he sense that for a metal singer he doesn’t just scream. He can scream, sing, and more and knows when to in Metallica’s many great songs.

i found that a lot of the higher up songs were older songs/artists and I am assumig that that is because a lot of them didnt use auto tune back in the day so they just naturally sounded good where as the songs you hear on the radio nowadays are heavily tuned and post processed that when they go to sing live it never sounds as good.

There are some BOLD takes on this list. I think there are some elements of stage presence and status mixed in that muddy the waters.

My personal faves missing are Lea Salonga, Gloria Estefan, and Brendon Urie 🥺 such powerhouses

I really recommend you to listen to the amazing british pop, pop-rock band The Vamps and maybe react to them in some way like listening to their 5th album and the newest "Cherry Blossom" and giving your opinion. And as I also said before their most popular songs that literally everyone knows is "Somebody To You" and "All Night" but they have so many more great songs that I also prefer to the most popular.
