The real kicker? Everything Niji is doing right now (attempted intimidation, revealing confidential information, attempted character assassination) are all classic idol company tactics. The "we don't restrict our talents into being idols" company is acting exactly like a goddamned idol company. as someone who devoted around 1 and a half years diving into the NijiEN rabbit hole, this song hit me with a pang of sadness more than anything. Seeing this deplorable company exacerbate this past year with every horrible decision made me so infuriated, but the silver lining is almost all of the talents that I have a huge affinity with ARE ironically the graduated/terminated ones so I find it easier to outright disengage with this phase of mine. but yeah, brilliant vocaloid song man, you have a knack with melodies and atmosphere if that makes sense
