Get it cut out and deal with it. This is simple stuff and it is unwise to look for an alternative treatment. Apologies for being so direct.

I was diagnosed with melanoma in 2004, and the doctor said I had 6 months and to get my affairs in order. Had surgery to remove the area. Never did the recommended chemotherapy. Sent my life in a tailspin, but I'm still here. Obviously, I didn't die, but my life was definitely affected, but either misdiagnosis or whatever.

Dont mess with it. This is no joke. Go dig it out. If it goes to metastasis, nothing good will come out of it. I am all for natural treatments and healing and I am a biologist with a PhD too. The procedure is straightforward, go treat it. This is not a topic for experiment.

Thanks for sharing something so important JC. Within the last few months several friends had differing outcomes with skin cancer and one friend, a physician and cancer/immune researcher said "Skin cancer is nothing to take lightly. Once cancer cells get into the blood stream, and it spreads to the bones, it's all over... pretty fast!" Another friend from the U.K. had a similar spot that his doctors in the U.K. and France brushed off, but a few months ago on holiday Chiang Mai it started growing and bothering him. He had looked, and it had suddenly turned very aggressive and had started to spread, so he had an emergency removal and I think he said Chemo was recommended. Another friend in his early 50's after being injected and infected, had an excess surface on his back, which was later diagnosed basal cell carcinoma, and from the time of the abscess, in just a month it metastasized as a to his bones. He suffered horribly having his rib cage removed, and died a horrible death from the chemo and after it spread to his spinal column. In Oregon, a popular option after cancer metastasizes, is Oregon's world leading "station assisted suicide" program, that seems to have the effect of shocking some into states of fear and hopelessness. A few years ago when my doctor's opinion of kidney and bladder infection, without any follow-up blood testing or CT/MRI scans said I had maybe 6 months, and urged me avail myself of the option of the trusted Oregon State provided suicide pills. A year later, when I was still alive found not to have cancer, I was essentially shadow-banned from follow-up medical visits.

In Oregon, after a botched procedure that left my mother in a wheelchair, they suggested "assisted suicide"!!! Family watched and got her out of there in a hurry. Mom lived 15 more years.

@@drmoynihan Wow... Sorry to hear that. Thank you for sharing... My mother was a victim of a Botched and unnecessary brain surgery for profit at OHSU, and what followed was a nightmare beyond belief unless you lived it. In order to prevent a malpractice case, they twice tried to murder my mother, the head nurse resigned over what they tried to do, and came to me and my family and said my mother was in danger and we needed to get her out ASAP. I saw two other victims, die under similar circumstances, as what was done to my mother. The first motorcycle victim who lost his face and part of his skull. The images of that poor man haunt me to today, and I given his condition, a mercy killing was almost forgivable. A young teen boy who never regained consciousness was injected by the same nurse who later gave my mother a fatal dose of oxicotin when she was in a coma. and the look of pain grief on the faces of the grandparents who lost their beloved grandson, after loosing his father and their daughter-in-law in an accident also haunts me to this day. After I got my mother out of that OHSU chamber of horrors, and got her to another hospital the grim reapers made three visits and shocked my mother into believing she was dying, was a burden and should submit to physician assisted killing. I cared for my mother for nearly a year after that, as the family abandoned the burden, and as a result lost everything I spent most of my life working for. It's a hard reality to grips with the reality that people who assume the duty to care for those in suffering would embrace such a culture of sanctioned murder but there are many who do. I have a friend, a Catholic physician who also works for OHSU, and we have tried to bring light to the pratice, and have perhaps played a small role in moderating the State death culture a bit.

The Steve Jobs story is repeated endlessly that by waiting he made a mistake....Chemo and radiation has killed more people than cancer ever has....Steve Jobs could very well have died sooner if he had not waited......The truth is there is a 50/50 chance that waiting might have been the right or wrong thing to do...

I recently had a basal carcinoma successfully removed from the back of my ear with a skin graft taken from my neck. Get it removed by a plastic surgeon as soon as possible before it gets any bigger. I think it would be foolish of you to treat it naturally.

I just recently had four basal-cell carcinoma removed and three of them were on my face. They are slow growing but they do grow over time and they are much easier to remove when they are smaller. I was planning on removing them a few years ago but Covid got in the way. Anyway lots of stitches but everything healed up pretty fast. It was a pretty big production with several staff, a good surgeon and great care. For those counting their pennies, it cost around fifty thousand baht in total. Next time I won't wait so long. It is much easier if you get these things early.

Why gamble with your life when you caught it early and can cut it out before it gets too deep into your body beyond the skin. Look at what happened to Kev in Thailand when he delayed his surgery to remove his cancer. Nothing wrong with cutting out and doing the alternative treatment at the same time. Attack the cancer from two fronts. Good luck with your battle with cancer.

Based on your brief description, I believe that you have a BCC, a Basel Cell Carcinoma. I also had one on my back for many years (I thought it was pink acme) before it became incredibly itchy and I had it examined. Turns out it is generally not malignant and very slow growing. You would have to have it for a very long time before it metastisized and became malignant. So, keep your chin up, you’re probably ok. They will need to excise it with a surgery under local anesthesia. Good luck JC, from Steve in London.

It can't be treated naturally. Not trying to offend you. Everything is cheap over there. Just go get it done and taken care of. The only way you will know it was taken care of is by another biopsy. Or, if you wait, you will find out when it is too late. No one will down you for seeking proper treatment. Some things you can take care of yourself. This is not one of them.

Hello, Great video. My name is Dan, I am 34 years old. I am blond hair guy with white skin from Europe, but 8 years I lived in Thailand. In 2018 first time I was diagnosed that I have melanoma. I had 2 surgeries to cut the cancer sign (big black point on the chest) and a few sentinel lymph nodes. For 4 years I have a rest from melanoma, I stayed in Thailand, however I was very careful about sun (I used SPF 30 and 50, I didn't have any sun bath, I swam only in t-shirt, I avoid walking iunder sun between 10 am-4pm, diet etc.). I stayed in BKK and 4 years was ok. Unfortunately 6-8 months ago cancer came back- I had horrible pain of my back, tumours on the head and other parts of the body, black and deep blue points. It was the 4th stadium odf cancer, I almost died. Now I have targeted therapy in cancer which gives great effects- tumours and pain in back disappeared, I feel much better. I am sure after a few months I will be fine. I would like to ask you and other people who have or had in the past melanoma cancer and live in Thailand or another country with high UV index: - how do you manage yourself in the hot weather, when UV is 10 or more? I mean how can you work, live, exist, what’s about free time activities, in the hot weather, sunny days if you have or had melanoma cancer ? - how do you protect yourself from skin cancer in country with high UV inndex ? - what could you reccomand me, advise me from your experience? I don't hide your answers can help me very much. I am sure if there are people with melanoma who have normal life in country with the high UV index and hot climate, and they can exist there, I can use the same paterns. Because I don't want to spend the rest of my life in some cool country, far from Thailand and happy life what I had there. Of course lot of experts and relatives speak "if you want to stay alive you cannot stay in Thailand, forget it", but they don't know how is it if you stay in Thailand long time and cannot come back to "Farrang country" because it is impossible. Thank you for your replies, Best regards, Dan

Retired in Vietnam for several years. Surprised at how you have walked around so long. I dress like a SEA motorcycle ninja (exaggeration) but essentially ensuring Im covered by some sun protection head to toe whenever Im out in the sun for long periods of time. This means arm sleeves or a long sleeved shirt and super wide brimmed hat NOT A baseball cap, also includes an engineered cloth face mask for bicycling and other sports which covers my face and front and back of my neck completely in the Asian sun. 100SPF sunscreen is put on UNDER the clothing for added protection. You’ve lumped around the PI for decades not protecting your skin. By the way, my wife couldn’t speak English when we met, now we converse normally, you’re still talking to her like she’s a six year old child, that’s weird, why is that?
