Thank you, Molly, for this video and for the book recommendations. My husband and I began going to bed at 9:00pm Monday - Fridays. It is already making a huge difference in our lives ( we’re both retired) We rise early and it seems as though our days are doubled! And thank you for your most positive and genteel and easygoing attitude. It’s contagious!

I've just downloaded your planner. It's not too OTT like so many planners! (I struggle with ADHD symptoms - no diagnosis yet) It makes me feel calm looking at it. Looking forward to using it.

Hi Molly, do you have tips for choiche stress. Example, do I buy Organic, do I buy plastic free, do I buy ecover or the cheaper version🙈my head is expolded for to much choice.
