This is the next level of that old artist prank someone taught me to do. You pretend you’re sketching someone and as a joke you stick out your tongue and do that thumb pose for them like a stereotypical artist. They don’t think much of it and write it off as you just being silly when you do it repeatedly. Then you show them the sketch or painting. And it’s literally your thumb. You didn’t draw them at all.
