This is the most useful style of guide for me. Just playing the game and commenting on strategies, openings, missed punishes, etc... Super, super helpful. Thanks!
GG @Jtails I was a Brawl player so I was kinda new to Ultimate. I play Wolf a lot better now but your insight on my play style very helpful. Hope to see you again :)
You really had to upload my main right when I’m about to sleep and now I’m gonna have to watch it because I really like your videos and I’ve been waiting for this one
These guides are so nostalgic to when I first watch your Smash 4 guides years ago. I'm really excited to continue watching these. Also I wanted to learn Lucina so this is a good Bday gift lol. Thanks Jtails!
I don’t even play Lucina but having the insight as to what is going on is extremely helpful. Even without playing her I can see why certain things are happening and your insight into how your opponent was moving really helps.
thank you for making this video. I use to spam with Lucina and win a few times, but now I'm getting into a tournament so I needed up make my skills better. I am now really good. thank you. I just subscribed because of this video!
Ah great videos man. The way you explain through everything as you play is really helpful. With more videos like these I can actually get a better idea of how each character is and plays so thanks!
Nice! I really admire how you can talk while playing. I tried to make some videos like this, but I either forget about the mic or talk and autopilot bad options. Great job, and very instructive!
Making more straight up gameplay videos is a great idea. The guides can be helpful but honestly you get in a lot of information in these while being entertaining and showing off some good games. Reminds me a bit of AceStarThe3rds Undefeatable series.
Jtails, I think that for your channel health more content in general is better. Your guides are excellent but getting stuff out more frequently is probably good for you.
Could you pls make another one of these, these are better than studying normal matches cause your telling us whats going on through your head, this was literally so useful, but I wish you played a few more matches :(
up-b is an insanely good spike, can send people straight down without a meteor smash and straight up with just as well. lucina main for this game's lifetime
Great advice on both fighting and using projectiles. One of my favorites is Samus, and it's good to know how yo handle sword users and aggressive players. And I enjoy being Chrom and Shulk, so I like to know how I can more effectivelt jump and approach, like with the wall.
That’s so me. I just started consistently getting into smash and I tried Lucina. I’m pretty bad at her but I’m better with her than any other brawler so...
I believe if you predict Wolf side-B and counter the sweetspot you KO wolf fairly early (when you counter it, wolf takes 35% anyway so even if you don't kill, you've just done a huge amount of damage)
Oh wow. Back when elite smash was mid 3 mil. Now it's like mid 10 mil lol and mid 3 mil is like what 100-200k was. Could you do another one of these so the strategies are more recent?
Some things I realized. I play WAY to defensive with Lucina, every time I fail a move I shield. Didn't know about approaching with fast fall up air. I definitely need to practice my movement a lot and learn to see patterns in my opponents play style
Ganon's aerial side B wont kill you first. It kills ganon first before it kills you. If you both are 1 stock you might as well not mash out of it since its a guaranteed win. The ganon you played doesnt recover properly either. good games.
You could counter for edge guard because Wolf side b or up b will trigger it, so when he's below the stage, you go down and counter or just like punish him when he's out of the ring? Unless that's not a thing then alright.
