I was doing squat with normal variation that we usually do in the gym but a guy came to me and said keep your feet ahead from your weight. I was shocked to hear that but I did as he told me but felt intense pressure on my knees. Just do with regular form on smith machine.

Very nice and useful video Gaurav sir. You are absolutely right on this video. I have seen many girls and boys doing wrong technique squats I.e keeping their legs beyond. At times I feel like going upto them and tell them it is wrong.

Hi Gaurav !! Is it ok to exercise by using only dumbbells or will it be harmfull in the long run ? Purpose is to just stay in shape not interested in body building. As I don't get time for gym.. but I have good set of dumbbells at home.. I try to use dumbbells for each exercise for each body part like we do in gym.. but the only difference is I only have dumbbells

Man i was doing this mistake since 5yrs..thats why i couldnt go beyond 150kgs in smith machine but in free bar i could go to 185kgs....tq bhai for such good informatn
