I'd recommend you to start doing romanian deadlift first which will help you make your glutes stronger and back in a straight position thus you will be able to perform deadlift easily

Sir starting stage me weight loss karna phir bhi thoda easy task tha lekin ab mujhe losse karna mushkil ho rha hai kaafi...my starting weight was 112.9....lekin ab mera 98-100 pe aa kar weight atak gaya hai...ab kya karna chaiye mujhe...my height is 5'11.....mujhe 85 weight karna hai....

1.Go meet a doctor to check that you don’t have any physiological issues/ injury due to lifting weights with wrong form. 2. If you don’t have any injury or physiological issue then use less weights and focus on your form gradually your strength will increase and your form will get better you gotta understand building strength takes time. 3. To better your form you can do deadlifts in front of the mirror so you can see what mistakes you are making. 4. Wear a weightlifting belt you will be surprised how much it helps in protecting your spine and back.

when we notice the strongmen lifts they tend to bring the bar from forward towards their legs and then lift the bar in deadlift position but when we try the same a large amount of legs strength is utilized can you explain why , also can you make a video on essential support gear required while lifting heavy be it any exercise. much love!

Sir, my right hand knuckles are fractured now. So will I be able to lift heavy ever once it get better? As the last dead lift I did was 120kgs but will it be possible to lift this heavy or more again in future?

Probably why some people hyperextend is because they watched some powerlifter do it , they do it in a meet or Comp because some judges red light their lift thinking they didn't lock out the deadlift. As for rounding, thoracic rounding is acceptable to a degree , many lifters albeit elites do it like Dimitri Klokov . The reason they do it coz A) decreases the ROM B)it increases the leverages off the start Many Chinese Olympion weightlifters do it too. And practice with Flexion Rows That being said DO NOT ROUND LOWER BACK. (OR LUMBAR ROUNDING). That's a bit more dangerous relatively speaking.
