Made this a couple weeks ago. My wife liked it so much I'm making it again this weekend. Another winner Ken.

Awesome video, Ken. The chuck roast looked fantastic. I did this same video a couple of weeks ago, I even used Montreal steak seasoning and pecan wood. I made mine into street tacos and shredded beef open face sammies. Anyway, have a great rest of your week. 👍👍

Another great cook Ken! Really love the Weber kettle cooks! I really like that you just use the one char basket! I’m going to try that method on my next smoke. I’ve used the snake method a few times (which works great) but takes a bit of time to set up. I’ve also used the Slow n Sear several times but have run into some consistency issues and temp spike issues.

Montreal seasoning is one of the great things to come to us from Canada. The Bloody Caesar cocktail is another. Great video as always Ken!

Smoking one now on my weber. I'm late to the weber game. I did not know what I was missing.

A lot (and I mean a lot !) of people on the Big Green Egg page. Love the jealous devil lump charcoal so much they talk trash to people that use anything else. While I am not of this thinking I do believe jealous devil makes a quality product.
