Let's cook some pigeons! Young pigeons, aka Squab, are on the menu. They're special too, since they're one of the few birds you can cook and safely serve medium rare. The meat is pink, juicy, and tender like no other. With some citrus seasoning and teriyaki sauce, these are a must try.

Heck yeah man when September rolls around we chow down on dove. They are way smaller though and just eat the breast on em but I feel ya man! Season is over now but pigeon is open year round and I wouldnt mind dropping a sack full of em soon.

Surprisingly the rats of the bird world are not dangerous below 165. I didn’t know that. Those were big for a pigeon. Turned out great though!
