Oh yeah, love turkey all the time~ Year ‘round! It’s some delicious meat and those fair-drums are always good to eat during the festivals or whatever. Nice brine you made, looks good. That woorsty sauce is the ticket, yum! And…once roasted, deliciousness on a bone! Beautiful looking turkey, and thanks for sharing. Good to see you back on YT sharing your great cooking!
Thanks for this video. I always wanted to get the Turkey legs at the fair but would forget to get it on the way out. Now, thanks to you, I can do it at home while I can sit and really enjoy it.
I bought some smoked turkey wings a few years ago and decided to bake them but I never could get them to look or taste done. Now I use the smoked turkey only for seasoning my greens etc. I will try this recipe and see if I can get the meat to look and taste done. thanks a lot
I’ve been researching many ways to prepare smoked turkey legs, and I believe the soaking the turkey legs in a marinade liquid is the best approach on this dish. Thank you so much for this video and I can’t wait to try this method.
I want my hands greasy, sticky and messy!! That looks amazing..I buy smoked turkey legs all the time, but never prepared them this way..NOW I WILL! Thank you and God Bless!
