Guys, bolognese sauce has no greens in it and it's totally different. You could write a title like 'Our vegan spaghetti bolognese sauce' or 'Smokey tofu sauce, bolognese inspired', in my view. :D
@@technokippie Yes, celery is one of the main ingredients of the sauce but you can hardly see the green parts. Don't get me wrong: the more greens, the better but the original recipe is like a treasure for the people of Bologna and Emilia Romagna in general and they often get offended because of all the wrong ways it is shown.

I'm sorry, don't want to be a pain, your recipe seems delicious but bolognese sauce is something specific and completely different. It's not just about the meat, it's a sauce that needs to be cooked on a gentle fire for hours, not 10minutes. You can cook a vegan dish inspired to bolognese sauce but it is not going to be this one.
That’s a lot of things. But it’s not bolognese.... it doesn’t even resemble bolognese... I’ll stick with red lentil ragü. That’s twice you’ve butchered ragü 😒
