Thanks for the compliment! Yes, I bought the 11" grate from amazon www.amazon.ca/M-Aimee-Multi-Purpose-Stainless-Steaming-Barbecue/dp/B07J184L5N/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=11+inch+grate&qid=1569364779&sr=8-1 and an 8" pizza stone from a local dollar store.

Is this a ceramic cooker? Or what is this cooker made of?

Not ceramic, insulated steel I believe. It's a nice small grill in any case.
