Ran Smolov Jr on my Bench and came out with a PR,
I went through this in the video but I came into this after 1 month of no training, and actually after the 2nd week of this program I caught covid and didn’t train for almost another week and a half, afterwards I just continued to finish week 3, which I definitely felt like my strength progress from the 1st 2 weeks took a hit, but I was still able to come out with an all time PR at 265 LB at around 138 LB bodyweight.
