I think it was completely fine for Charlie to pull out his guns, and even go the extra mile with the big one. Sneako threatened him and kept saying “you’re in Tampa?” Insinuating he would come to Tampa and hurt Charlie. So Charlie was not only correcting him but also showing Sneako that if he tried anything funny he was armed.
