Reviewing the BRP Expedition Radiant Gloves after 1 season of snowmobile trail riding. Thank you to Algonquin Equipment in Sudbury for providing the gloves for review. www.algonquinequipment.ca
Should have included the following info as well: Using Feb 25-26 that I reference in the video we went from French River to Westree Ontario. Feb 25 (low temp -21C high temp -7C) 330km 9h22min including stops. Feb 26 (low temp -13C high temp -4C) 330km 7h55min including stops.
So glad to see this back! Being a human shaped ice cube, I feel I could really use gloves like this. Time to gig a little more, so that I can splurge a little more hahaha. Thanks for the insight!
I know Video production IS your day job, but your videos hit my feed the other day and i've been binge watching your content and its some of the best produced snowmobile videos out there, hell its just some of the best produced videos on RU-vid. Keep it up, prend soin.
Welcome back! Looking forward to your videos this season. BTW...The A-frame is looking Amazing! I hope you get lots of bookings. See you on the trails Bud.
They need to make heated socks as well lots of brands have them but I like the thermostat control.. I have heated socks but either hi med low and they die 6-7hours
@coreybrock6333 Absolutely! Socks and gloves running on the same Ap would be sweet! If BRP doesn’t release any I’m sure Clim8 will have something available soon 🤷🏻♂️
Appreciate the breakdown ! Just curious , how long were these rides or to get to the point , how long did they actually last and can you buy more batteries so you can swap out and keep cozy on the trails ? Charging them on the fly would be a good call indeed !!
@mattcan69 Great questions! Totally should have included that info. I'll use Feb 25-26 that I reference in the video as that was a birthday ride with my wife that weekend and I have a ride video of that trip that I'll edit early this winter. We went from French River to Westree Ontario. Feb 25 (low temp -21C high temp -7C) 330km 9h22min including stops. Feb 26 (low temp -13C high temp -4C) 330km 7h55min including stops. And yes BRP sells them for $50CAD/each currently.
@@BeaverTailToys Ahh ha !! so they do last quite some time which is fantastic , i have a 2011 yamaha nytro that is a awesome sled with one drawback.. worlds worst grip heaters .. so having this fancy glove would seemingly solve my only issue with my sled .. you are a rock star sir !! Cheers 🤙🤙🤙👋
Hey man, just wanted to say, im a motorcycle rider, been looking at snow mobile gloves, stumbled across your channel and it seems very well produced and I gave you a subscribe. You may consider marketing to some of the cold weather/adventure motorcycle gear too because there seems to be a lot of crossover
So I finally got my wife’s gloves a week after Christmas, a couple weeks later we got the app on her phone and set up her gloves and the right glove doesn’t work, go figure…
