So I’ve unlocked all regions of Michigan and working on watch towers on the island map. Tempted to go to other regions for upgrades but I think I’ll stick to completing Michigan and then moving on. Trying to persuade my son to get it so we can team up and conquer the regions quicker.
There's another engine for the 750 that's confirmed in the game files, but it's on the upcoming Afrikanda map. And I doubt the current engines are "bugged". Considering how stupidly heavy those trucks were and how anemic late 70's V8s were, the way it drives makes sense. If you can't make the power you need, you cover the power gap with gearing.
I want that Ford IRL but the back needs a cap for camping. It be good for getting deep into the woods and staying lost for like a month or more. Mobile off grid living. With a hundred gallon capacity those cans on top would be a waste IRL same with that spare, two is more than enough. Could put a canoe up there instead. With spare gear and equipment for all weather. I can see my self in the woods next to a lake one month maybe some snow then on a sandy sunny beach with palm trees the next.
I play a lot as well...and I am only 75% through the game including the new map. I guess I am fairly far but I have a lot left on the Russia maps. I feel I should be further but I don't always take 8 trucks to handle 2-3 jobs in a new area....lol
Something happened with the last snowrunner update. The steering on my Xbox controller is really slow. Witch equals bad turning radius and me running in to guard rails. It’s almost not playable. Have not play in a wile.
I will only be streaming major releases and updates - This video is 90 percent RU-vid only with the truck segment at the beginning being the only Twitch portion.
This update was disappointing for me . Ford is great but under powered the tuz is terrible. The map itself feels rushed and boring, Michigan is still my favourite I would have loved more maps there
The new map is ment to be much more challenging. Direct routes dont really exist unless your willing to trudge through deep snow. I'm loving the challenge. I've found taking a powerful truck with full time awd and diff lock and a fuel tanker helps plow through the snow and small trees but you have to watch for tipping hazards as the tradeoff. They made a lot of dangerous terrain on purpose, so you have to keep an eye out
