The ' breather cap' is actually the timing inspection cover cap & doesn't need to be removed to change the oil, you should remove the oil filler cap to allow air into the engine for better oil draining & O ring fitted to the K&N filter needs to be left on the filter & the loose O ring fitted to the engline spline removed as it's only there because of the cheap chinese poorly fitted stock filter fitted to these bikes
After seen your video made my oil change after the first 800km. I also checked valve clearance and took a look at the camshaft and already showed some wear. A good Italian mechanic told me to use in the future 100% Synthetic Iol, 15w50 or better...
@@ThatCrazedGunnerM9130 The were not off at all. I was not that hard, but took a good hour. I replaced several parts of my bike, and one was the Camshaft, I put a DCR Race Camshaft instead. danielcrowerracing.com/i-5912880-benelli-tnt-135-125-race-camshaft-2018-20.html . Also put a Yoshimura Exhaust System, atc.
Most all of the crap in the oil is clutch material from the wear in. Expected and the biggest reason to change the break in oil at least when they say to. So chill all is good. All that on the back of the drain plug is the pick up screen to protect the oil pump and then all the flow goes through the filter. I agree with changing oil twice in 300-500 miles at first. All you need for the short changes is some cheap MA/MA2 rated oil. put the big $ stuff in it after and go 2000-3000.
One boom = 2lb of tourq two booms = 2.5 lb of we all know what and threeeeee booms thats just on the button well done young man !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello ThatCrazedGunner, I noticed you used 10W-40 oil instead of 10W-30 in this video; the manual recommends 10W-30. How many miles do you currently have on your TNT135? Have you been using the same oil featured in this (Mobil One Racing 4T 10W-40) video the entire life of your TNT135? Have you had any engine problems with your TNT135? If yes, is the problem the direct result of using 10W-40 instead of 10W-30?
Bad oil is good its done its job dont panic bad oil filter is good its done its job etc etc etc thats what they are there for as my grand pa said a blocked filter is good filter cos its done its job and stopped the crap from getting through this is all good so far ?????????????????????????
@@ThatCrazedGunnerM9130 I have tnt 135 now for 6 months it's my first bike and I love it i searched online on how to replace the air filter but i couldn't find any video about it
To replace the air filter pop up the seat and you’ll see a snorkel Peace with 4 screws it just pops in and out! It’s one of the easiest air filters to replace! Lol not like talking half the bike apart to replace a $5 part lol I’ll send you the link to the online service manual
Trust me my friend you are getting egg cited over nothing The machine and filters are doing what they should new engine new parts dont worry its all ok trust me !!!!!!!!!!!!
God sees all!!! Because its original oil from the factory which you you don’t want.. the longer those metal shavings are inside it will do some damage.
The bike is made in China. I imagine some of those particles are from the manufacturing process and the less than stellar cleaning job of the parts they do before assembling. If you watch videos on chinese scooters or harbor freight lawn mower engines, when you crack them open from go they have glitter in there...
