Yes, these type of classes should be given to kids as young as kindergarten level. You know how we were taught not to talk to strangers, say good morning, be polite etc.? Now we should also educate kids what and what not to do on social media and the internet in general. Privacy and cyberbullying would be important topics to touch on.
