I grew up camping and with a wide variety of products offered from our dealership (and the fact that I've been through just about every factory out there to see the RVs built from the inside out) I've learned a lot about the industry. I'm a perpetual student & simply enjoy exploring the market. I really do believe that every single RV is the best for a different reason. In my experience I've found the average "salesman" at most places just really has no idea what they're talking about. Start asking a sales contact questions like "so how are the walls built? The floor?" etc. You'll find out what they do and don't know quickly. Then ask them "What kind of RV do you own?" The usual response is "Hah! not me!" If you rode a motorcycle, then would you EVER buy one from some guy that doesn't ride or live the lifestyle? Then investigate service departments. Not ever place even has one amazingly. It would be like buying an RV from walmart.. If we may be of service, or if you would like an easy out-the-door quote with/without shipping on an RV, then simply let us know. We are truly here to serve :)

note: It's literally not physically possible to put a king bed in an RV with these dimensions. You would either have to widen the RV or lengthen it. This would change the RV dramatically by requiring a tandem axle. You should look at the new Passport models that have a 70x80" bed standard in them. Only thing you have to watch out for when removing a dinette is "What's under there?" sometimes dinettes are used to provide interior seating while "hiding" something like a water heater below.

I've never seen a propane quick connect on the off-door-side of an RV & I've seen 10's of thousands of them at this point. Weight is around 2,800. Between the weight and the narrow body they tow extremely well.

Thank you, Joshua. I later found a Wennebago that has the gas hook up on the door side. It seems to me that it needs to be near where the awning is, the kitchen access to the all the good stuff that comes from the fridge, and food area. I could be wrong, It just makes since is all. I have a small truck, with a four cylinder, And I am limited to how much I can safely tow..

+DB Hunt: These are fairly stock production models so that sort of furniture swap isn't available from the factory. It's not hard to remove a dinette. All I would recommend is making sure you keep all original equipment on hand else you're going to wreck your resale value. Also, given that this is a 6.5ft narrow body camper you'll want to likely look toward something like those comfy Euro-style recliners that are smaller and lighter weight. I don't think a pair of traditional recliners would fit here.

Storage in these things is hyper-limited. It's one of the reasons we've shifted our inventory away from this style of RV. New entries into the RV market have allowed our team to offer similarly sized/priced RVs with more storage and similar weights.

We carry both products so I can say they are without a doubt very, very similar. Each have little touches that define them, but they are admittedly minor. Jayco's Hummingbird isn't far off either. Those are just now beginning to roll out. I'll have some video of them as soon as they arrive.

Oh sure. It's fully self contained. It's just a very small travel trailer. RV septic works differently from residential, but we can run you thru all that as you get a little closer in your processes.

Any small travel trailer that have a longer bed? Maybe on a slide out?

Small campers can't really have bedroom slides. Passport models are one of the few with longer beds, but even then you don't start to see the bigger beds until the 24ft range. The camper just isn't big enough to put a giant bed into a small box.

No, I wouldn't recommend it. These weigh 2.8k and up with slides. The no slide 1710 Minnie Drop comes in at 2400lbs, but even then you're really pushing it. Beyond a conventional tent camper there's not much that's well suited for your vehicle, though the 12RK Geo Pro we have landing any time would work nicely as it's only around 1,000lbs

Around 15. No RV ever comes with a hitch from any MFG. There's too many truck/trailer combinations for that to even be possible.
