Meet Lt. Col. Michelle Branch, the Rhode Island National Guard’s Sexual Assault and Prevention Coordinator. Branch has proudly served the Rhode Island National Guard for more than 30 years. She shares the story of her career as well as of serving as an LGTBQ+ service member under the “Don’t ask, don’t tell policy.”
