Then, just use rage fist until Sceptile resets your stats.
Bulk up at least 3 times. Hopefully, Sceptile will use breaking swipe to proc your defiant ability. Sometimes, he doesn't use it all that much.
Use rage fist again to fully charge your tera orb.
