I’ve had a very tight back and tight right shoulder. Bringing in the hips really made sense and helped improve the stretching. Thank you!,❤

I did this today for the first time ever. I always wake up so sore. I needed a body and mind release and I definitely got both. I even began crying, which I was not expecting. Thank you for walking me through my routine. I will definitely be doing a lot more. ❤

"Give a few moments to explore your own movements" /" or "explore movement that wants to come through you". That's more satisfying. Because I think when you say do your own dance...that brings up a sort of a feeling of oh s*** and no matter how long I've been doing this , sometimes i feel id would rather be right than be happy and satisfied. so I think the language brings on a feeling I have to do it right. So I think if I heard more of " take a few moments to explore". I think that's a lot softer to go on with them just to be dropped into a sort of vault and say.."Do your own dance" That's something I feel that would help me. Thank you

Is it normal to feel like vomiting after this practice, its amazing how liberating the movvements are, this uncomfortable feeling comes up in my belly, i think its coming up for me to experience, give it space then let it pass and release it
