Thanks again for showing this. I like how you can make do with the components you have and explain how it works. I know sometimes lower velocity buck patterns better but out of curiosity if you one day get a crono it would be neat to see how fast you could get something like 8 pellet 0000 out of 10g
The whole over powder card for some wads is actually great advice for new reloaders.. I had to figure this issue out on my own. One thing I would add is if the Gas seal on the wad has a deep concave/pocket/lip I will either trim that lip off the gas seal or fill it with fiber to avoid leaving a void space. important to avoid momentary free expansion of gas taking up empty space before pushing on the payload. In my mind (and I could be wrong) this could lead to a slight over pressure situation. But mainly it's the difference between a good crimp and or a couple more pellets on the top end.
I was wondering if you water / weather proof any of your hand loads? I know that dribbling candle wax on top of the shot before crimping helps. What all do you do to protect your loads? Have you ever submerged a load for testing? What are some of your best black powder / pyrodex loads? I think all that might make a good video. Keep up the good work bro.
The precision buffer is my favorite, it just patterns better,never had a problem with it tearing up hulls As a matter of fact i bought 10 lbs of it. Let me know if ya want some!!!

I would love to talk to ya personally about making some high recoil shells, as well as mixed buckshot loads from #1-4 Buck in 3" 12 Gauge for home defense with reduced risk of penetration. I only buy 12 Gauge shotguns, but am looking for a 10G. Even with my Remington TAC14 Lupara Grip, I love shooting Magnum buck and slugs from it aimed, I bought a XS Big Dot sight barrel for mine. It can be spicy on the wrists. That is for sure. But is quite tolerable, I trained for many years in Bujinkan Ninjutsu that teaches joint strength in workouts so that may have helped me. I love them all day and night in my Pump SXP and Saiga Clone. In my H&R breakaction light weight your boxing with it and its a fun ride all day and night as well. I get some really nice patterns out of its milled full choke with buck of smaller diameter than 00.

Would 28grain Hodgdon Longshot with 30 grams of 2.4mm shot be a good load for gymnastics pigeons? Would 30 grain Hodgdon with 30 grams of 2.4 mm also work against !?
Hey Tyler.Your face your buisness.Dont want to be a pain in the butt but be careful with those shoulder bruises .That ones pretty bad.2 years ago I spent 3 weeks in the hospital with a clot in that same place.Screaming in pain in the hospital I was for 2 nights even given oxy by the hospital and it didnt help much at all.Had to take Warfarin blood thinners for 6 months after that.If that clot had moved to my heart or lungs I could have died.Nice videos though
