Now from what i understood hes like what second third fourth or even more in line to be king so im suprised he stays by his dads side learning all about it you would think the one next in line would be with the dad constantly learning the ways to run the country ❤

Yep, don't see that higher ranking officer (?) come out to converse with Horse Guards in the boxes. I'm not British, so I know not.

He's a Captain of The Blues and Royals just been doing morning inspection on the Parade ground at the back so he's come out to inspect those already on duty . The Troopers in red uniforms are Lifeguards , in dark blue uniforms Blues and Royals the two regiments of The Household Cavalry , the two most senior regiments in the British Army .
