THANKS TO EVERYBODY WHO HAS COMMENTED ON THIS, I'M GLAD SO MANY PEOPLE APPRECIATE THIS VIDEO.
A video I put together consisting of the songs "Son Of The Morning" and "The Finisher" from the new Oh, Sleeper album. Placing these two songs back to back helps to play out the epic battle between God and Satan described in the song. The first song, "Son Of The Morning", re-enacts the original rebellion of Satan against God, and ultimately his fall from his place in heaven. The second song, "The Finisher", relates the thoughts of God regarding the final moments before He destroys Satan forever.
I realize that there are pentagrams and other demonic imagery used in this video, however I felt that it would be fitting to the theme and would convey the message of the massive struggle between good and evil. I also felt that it would fit along with the imagery used on the new Oh, Sleeper album cover. I hope none of the Christians who watch this video are offended by it

Hey man, thanks. In regards to your question, the KJV uses the term "graven IMAGES" to designate "idols". If you go on to verse 5 it says not to bow down to them or serve them. The idea here is not to forbid painting pictures of heavenly things but rather rather building idols. The word "image" designates a carving, not necessarily a photo or a picture in our modern understanding. The issue about "things in heaven" is that we shouldn't be worshipping angels or other beings. Hope that helps!

To all who think that God is evil, you couldn't have it more backwards. For Jesus, led captivity captive. He used the cross to show your face for what sin does to you and me. You didn't see that he would make it a throne. You sought to destroy his name, not realizing you were implanting imperishably into my heart and millions elsewhere.

I’m sad that I’m just seeing this video for the first time. I always knew about the lyrics and how they were being represented as. But with the visuals and the scripture added just makes it all that much better. I know I’m 9 years late lol, but I appreciation you putting your time in this video!

I love this video, I have shared it with so many of my friends. I love the artwork you use to back up the lyrics of the songs. It is so powerful. I cannot get enough of it. I study the book of Revelation and end times prophecy a lot and have lead a bible study going through Revelation. I want to use this video as an opening to any future bible studies or teaching I do on end times. It is incredible. JESUS CHRIST IS KING FOREVER!!! God Bless!
